Are there any downsides to buying a used Nintendo DS game?
I’m trying to save some money and have noticed some really good deals for used Nintendo DS games on Ebay. Is the information/gameplay from the previous owner stored on the cartridge? If so, can you get rid of it?

I can only think of 2 minor downsides. The previous owners progress and memory on the game will still be there, but you can most likely just delete it. I can’t think of any game where you couldn’t just hit new game and all the previous data was deleted. Also, just make sure that you check the condition of the game. If it is all messed up and thats why they’re selling it, I wouldn’t buy it because it most likely wont work. But if it is just used but still in good shape, theres no problem with buying it!
