mario brothers for xbox 360

Xbox 360 Games?
My brother just bought an Xbox 360, however the games that he has bought so far seem to be non fun for me, a girl. I love the “Mario Brothers” type of games, like Mario Party, Kirby, Smash Brothers, and all those easy kind of games and not so bloody like the usual boy games. SO any suggestions of what I can buy?
I am 23 years old with a 27 year old boyfriend who loves to play his Xbox 360. I too feel alienated by many of the games he plays, however there are some which I personally really like.
Scene It: Lights, Camera, Action – This is a really cool game which I hope to buy soon. It is made by the same people who make all the “Scene It” board games. It comes with 4 buzzers so each player can have his/her own and you can answer all sorts of trivia questions about movies.
Rock Band (Special Edition Kit) – While rather expensive, this is a super fun game that appeals to most everyone of every age. The game comes compete with a guitar, bass guitar, drum kit, and microphone. You form your own band with friends and family and preform songs on your virtual game stage. If you don’t hit notes or pitches just right, you can get booed off stage. You can aso choose single-player mode.
Dance, Dance Revolution – You can opt to buy the game pad, in which you stomp on certain areas as indicated on screen. The rules are fairly simple, but fun. There are all sorts of dance remixes for you (and/or friends and family) to dance to.
I will mention that the Xbox 360 is a Microsoft product. Nintendo own the rights to the characters and games associated with the Mario Brothers. If you like these better, which I personally do, you might want to look into buying a Nintendo Wii.
Games for the Wii include Mario Party 8, Super Mario Galaxy, Mario and Sonic Olympic Games, and Super Paper Mario.
